Tennis Warriors and Troopers

A group of aspiring tennis players willing to train and work to get to the next levels in tennis.

Warriors Play

Saturdays 3-6pm 3hrs of high level tennis training

  • Warriors will commit to weekly sessions of 3hrs of tennis on court
    • 3-3:20pm – 20mins of Fitness
    • 3:20-4:20pm – 1hr of Drills
    • 4:20-5:40pm – 1hr of Games
    • 5:40-6pm – 20mins of Reflection & Cool Down
  • Warriors will also commit to and participate in off court/or out of session work, including but not limited to
    • Homework
    • Journaling
    • Private Lessons
    • 4hrs minimal of tennis each week
    • Assessments 3 times a year
    • Tournament play
    • A desire to play with a positive attitude at all times is required to be successful
    • Players are encouraged to play with and against each other in session and out of session each week

Troopers Play

Saturdays 1-3pm, 2hrs of high level tennis training

  • Troopers will commit to weekly sessions of 2hrs of tennis on court
      • 1-1:15pm – 15mins of Fitness
      • 1:15-2:15pm – 1hr of Drills
      • 2:15-2:45pm – 1/2hr of Games
      • 2:45-3pm – 15mins of Reflection & Cool Down
  • Troopers will also commit to and participate in off court/or out of session work, including but not limited to
        • Homework
        • Journaling
        • Private Lessons
        • 3hrs minimal of tennis each week
        • Assessments 3 times a year
        • Tournament play
