Nutrition:

  • I have come to understand that eating should take place not less then every 3-4hours, so that we our bodies get the required nutrition and we remain diabetic free…
  • I am convinced that mostly plant based is best, understanding that our bodies also need magnesium and salmon provides a veryhigh amount and men especially need zinc and red meat provide a very high amount…
  • It is important that we each do our own individual research to find out what is good and best for our bodyies, our body type and our blood type…

Rest:

  • It is fundamentially important to get adaquate rest (sleep) and relaxation (thinking and meditation) in so that the body and recover
  • The body needs to rejuvinate to perform at its highest levels
  • 8 hours a day is what i am told is required
  • I would like to add in meditation in addition to just rest, we also need thinking and reflection time in addition to sleep time
